Platform Mechanics Summary

1of10k – Platform Mechanics Summary

Overview

1of10k operates a technology-enabled technology-enabled digital participation marketplace infrastructure that allows users to interact with campaigns connected to real-world assets, services, or experiences.

The Platform provides infrastructure for acquiring digital products (marketplace credits and project NFTs) and enables optional activation mechanisms that may generate participation unit identifiers used within campaign allocation procedures.

The Platform does not act as a financial custodian, investment manager, or asset seller unless explicitly stated in campaign documentation.

Core User Flow

  1. Acquisition of Platform Credits
Users may purchase marketplace credits (utility tokens) through available payment methods. These credits represent a digital product within the ecosystem.
  2. Receipt of Project NFT
Certain campaigns may provide a project NFT representing a digital collectible or voluntary activation key associated with a campaign.
  3. User Decision

Users may choose one of two paths:

  • Claim to Personal Wallet
Users may claim credits and NFTs to their own blockchain wallet. Once claimed, the process is considered completed and the assets are no longer eligible for campaign activation.
  • Activate NFT for Campaign Allocation Eligibility
Users may voluntarily activate a project NFT on the Platform. Activation may require temporarily locking associated marketplace credits.
  1. Generation of Participation Unit Identifier
Activation generates a participation unit identifier associated with a specific campaign allocation mechanism.
  2. Allocation Determination Mechanism
Campaign outcomes may be determined through a technical allocation determination process that may use blockchain-based randomness or verifiable random functions (VRF).
  3. Allocated Participant Identification
The holder of the allocated participation unit identifier at the moment of allocation determination becomes the eligible recipient of the campaign asset.
  4. Asset Transfer
Campaign assets are supplied by independent third-party providers. The provider transfers the asset directly to the allocated participant. The Platform coordinates infrastructure and administrative procedures but typically does not act as the legal seller.

Key Structural Principles

Product-Based Entry
Payments represent the purchase of marketplace credits and are not deposits, escrow funds, or pooled investment contributions.

Voluntary Campaign Activation
Campaign-related allocation eligibility requires voluntary activation of project NFTs and is not automatically granted through the purchase of credits.

Non-Custodial Interaction Model
Where blockchain functionality is involved, users generally retain control of their private keys and digital assets.

Provider-Supplied Assets
Campaign assets are independently sourced and supplied by third-party providers and are not purchased using participant funds.

Transparent Allocation Procedures
Allocation determination processes may utilize verifiable randomness mechanisms and may be auditable through blockchain-based verification methods.

Simplified Flow

Marketplace Credits Purchase → Project NFT

User Decision

A) Claim to Wallet → END

B) Activate NFT

Activation → Participation Unit Identifier → Allocation Determination → Provider Transfers Asset
